Five Women in Straw Hats and White Trousers Oil Painting | Neutral Terracotta Figurative Vertical Wall Art #OA 1641

About this art：“Together in the Sun”

This 100% hand-painted original figurative oil painting shows five women viewed from behind, gathered along a pale wall in wide straw hats and flowing white trousers. Their different heights and relaxed poses give the group a natural rhythm, while the warm terracotta ground brings a sunlit feeling to the scene.

The figures' dark brown and warm copper skin tones contrast with the cream clothing and softly worked ivory background. Each hat repeats a familiar rounded form with small changes of angle and scale. One woman leans forward, another rests a hand on the wall, and the outer figures frame the gathering.

Simple architectural blocks organize the lower composition without distracting from the people. The repeated hats and long white garments create unity, while individual gestures preserve a sense of personality. The painting can suggest friendship, shared rest, travel, or the pleasure of a quiet moment together.

Display it in a living room, dining area, entryway, bedroom, or relaxed study. A hotel suite, guesthouse, or reception space can also benefit from its warm, welcoming presence. Natural oak, cream linen, terracotta ceramics, woven rugs, and soft warm lighting complement its balanced earth-tone palette.

Hand-Painted Character

Painted with oil colors on high-quality canvas, this artwork is made by hand rather than printed or mechanically reproduced. Its softly layered figurative brushwork, textured cream background passages, and warm modeled color give the finished surface a tactile, individual character. The paint carries the movement of the artist's hand, with small transitions that become more apparent at close range.

Every canvas is individually painted. Natural differences in brushstroke direction, paint thickness, small contours, and color blending are part of the handmade process. The overall composition and palette follow the reference, while these subtle variations give each finished painting its own expression.

The main colors are ivory, warm cream, terracotta, burnt orange, ochre, deep brown, and golden tan. Gentle side light can reveal the contrast between raised marks and quieter areas. Soft daylight gives the palette clarity, while warm evening illumination can make the composition feel more intimate. Echo one or two colors in nearby cushions, a rug, or a ceramic object for an easy connection with the room.

Size and Presentation

This painting has a vertical composition. Preserve its original proportions and full uncropped image when choosing a custom size. Custom dimensions are available to suit individual wall spaces, furniture arrangements, and residential or commercial interiors. Allow comfortable open wall around the frame so the entire composition can be enjoyed.

Choose the size and presentation listed in the available product options. A wood frame adds natural warmth and connects the painting with timber furniture. An aluminum frame provides a clean gallery-style boundary. An unframed option emphasizes the canvas and painted surface. Display images illustrate styling possibilities; the selected variant determines the ordered size and frame.

Recommended spaces include living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, entryways, hallways, stair landings, reading corners, home offices, boutique hotels, and reception areas. A carefully chosen size can create an inviting focal point above a sofa, near a fireplace, or on an accent wall above a bed.

Shipping and Care

All orders include free worldwide shipping and free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the artwork. Keep painted canvas away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Dust gently with a soft, clean, dry cloth, avoiding chemical cleaners and abrasive rubbing.
