Each oil painting is created by hand, typically taking 3–5 business days to complete. Once the painting is ready and sufficiently dry for safe shipping, delivery to the United States and most Western European destinations generally takes 5–7 business days.

We provide photos or videos of your finished painting for approval before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the artwork, drying requirements, destination, and customs processing.

Our stretched and framed canvas options are prepared for wall display. Depending on the artwork's size and weight, suitable wall hardware may be required.

If you choose rolled canvas, the painting will arrive without a stretcher frame. You can have it professionally stretched and framed by a local framing shop.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible paintings.

If you wish to return an eligible artwork for personal reasons after delivery, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your painting arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or materially differs from the approved artwork, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or full refund with covered return shipping.
