Here at OwnAnArt, we don’t believe in "good enough". We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund. 

We offer FREE replacement for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we sincerely apologize, and ask that you send us an email that includes your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies. We will ship out the replacement in just a few days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer every customer a 30-day no-risk money back guarantee on your order. You only need to pay the freight for the return.

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:

• It has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork.
• The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging — ideally in its original packaging.
• Please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
• It is important that you take care when unpacking received artworks.

For artworks that arrived damaged, we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with that particular shipment.

If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal and Shop Pay account holders, please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7–15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
